牙隐裂与的关系及早期治疗的有效方法

The Relationship Between Cracked Teeth and Occlusion and Effective Methods for Early Treatment

目的探讨牙隐裂与关系以及早期治疗的有效方法。方法选取我院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的29例牙隐裂患者作为研究对象。按照牙隐裂程度,将其分为浅表裂纹患者8例、较深裂纹患者9例和牙髓病变患者12例。三组患者分别用调治疗、填充治疗、和根管治疗+全冠修复治疗,1年后,比较三组临床治疗效果。结果三组患者的临床治疗总有效率分别为62.50%(5/8)、66.66%(6/9)和91.67%(11/12),三组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙隐裂与关系密切,良好的咬合关系能抑制牙隐裂的发展;在牙隐裂的早期治疗中,应用有效的方法,可以防止病情恶化,给患者的日常生活带来便利。

Objective To explore the relationship between tooth fracture and occlusal and early treatment of effective methods. Methods In our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016, 29 patients with tooth fractures were divided into 8 patients with superficial cracks, 9 patients with deep crack and 12 patients with pulp lesions three groups. Respectively, with the filling treatment, conditioning treatment and crown repair treatment of three treatment methods, 1 year after the comparison of three groups of clinical treatment. Results The total effective rates of the three groups were 62.50% （5/8）, 66.66% （6/9） and 91.67% （11/12） respectively. The data were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tooth occlusion and occlusal is closely related to the good occlusal relationship can inhibit the development of tooth fracture; in the early treatment of tooth fracture, the application of effective methods to prevent the deterioration of the disease, to bring convenience to the daily life of patients
