探讨西药临床合理用药的安全性及应对措施

To Explore the Safety of Clinical Rational Drug Use and Countermeasures About Western Medicine

目的针对西药临床合理用药中的安全性以及处理对策加以分析。方法选取我院于2016年2月开始将综合性管理运用于西药临床治疗中。任选管理前后100张药方,对用药合理性加以分析。结果管理前,西药临床合理用药率为84.00%(84/100),重复用药4例,药物剂量控制不合理3例,抗生素不合理使用5例以及用法不准确2例;而管理后为97.00%(97/100),为抗生素不合理使用1例、联合用药不当1例以及重复用药1例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传统的用药管理无法起到较好的药物管理效果,而采用综合性管理的方式对西医治疗中,可有效保障用药合理性,确保用药安全。

Objective To analyze the safety and treatment strategy of Western medicine in clinical rational use of drugs. Methods In our hospital from February 2016 to start the comprehensive management of Western medicine in clinical treatment. Optional management before and after the 100 prescription, to analyze the rationality of drug use. Results Before the treatment, the clinical rational drug use rate was 84% （84/100）, there were 4 cases of repeated medication, irrational drug dose control in the treatment of antibiotics, irrational use of antibiotics in the treatment of 5 cases and inaccurate usage in the treatment of 2 cases. After management, that was 97% （97/100）, 1 cases of irrational use of antibiotics, improper combination of drugs in the treatment of I cases and repeated drug use in 1 cases, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional medication management can not play a good role in drug management, the comprehensive management of Western medicine treatment, which can effectively protect the rationality of medication to ensure drug safety.
