蒙医温针辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Mongolian Medicine Acupuncture Assisted Treatment for the Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析蒙医针刺治疗在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果。方法选择我院接诊的132例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,将接受珍宝丸+扎冲治疗的59例患者作为对照组,珍宝丸+扎冲+温针治疗的63例患者作为联合组,对比分析两组间疗效和疼痛程度变化。结果联合组治疗有效率(93.65%)高于对照组(81.36%),观察组疼痛评分为(2.57±0.83)分,低于对照组(4.19±0.94)分,组间有效率和疼痛评分对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙医针刺治疗能够提升腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,减轻患者痛苦程度,对于腰椎间盘突出症康复有促进作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Mongolian medicine acupuncture treatment for lumbar disc herniation. Methods 132 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were selected as the research object in our hospital. 59 cases which treated with Zhenhao pills and pricking therapy were selected as control group. 63 cases which treated with Zhenbao pills, pricking and acupuncture therapy were selected as the control group. The effect and the changes of pain degree were compared between two groups. Results In the combined group, the treatment efficiency （93.65%） was higher than the control group （81.36%）, the pain score was （2.57±0.83） points, which was lower than the control group （4.19±0.94） points. There were significant differences in efficiency and pain scores between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mongolian medicine acupuncture treatment can improve the clinical curative effect of lumbar disc herniation, relieve the pain degree of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
