天龙咳喘灵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床分析

Observation on Clinical Effect of Tianlongkechuanling in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Its Influences on the Quality of Life

目的分析观察天龙咳喘灵在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选择50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组患者采用常规抗感染、平喘及对症治疗,实验组在其基础上加服天龙哮喘胶囊治疗。对比两组患者的止咳祛痰疗效,评价治疗后的生活质量。结果治疗后,实验组CAT评分(12.79±3.08)分,对照组平均评分为(14.24±3.70)分。治疗组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组止咳临床有效率达到96%,对照组为80%,实验组祛痰临床疗效优于对照组,P<0.05;实验组祛痰临床有效率达到88%,对照组为76%,实验组止咳疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论天龙咳喘灵对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期祛痰止咳效果明显,能提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods 50 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, divided them into experimental group and control group randomly. Patients in control group were treated with routine anti infection, anti- asthma and symptomatic treatment. Patients in experimental group were treated by the same way with the control group but add tianlongkechuanling, to observe the clinical effect of relive cough and eliminating phlegm of these two groups and to evaluate the quality of life of these two groups after experiment. Results After treatment the CAT score of experimental group was （12.79±3.08）, while control group was （14.24±.70）, P 〈 0.05. The effective rate of relive cough reached 96% in experimental group, while 80% in control group, P 〈 0.05. The effective rate of eliminating phlegm reached 88% in experimental group, while 76% in control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of tianlongkechuanling in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was obvious and tianlongkechuanling also can improve the patients＇ quality of life.
