Experience of Director Dai Fangfang on the Treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis

亚急性甲状腺炎是临床常见的一种甲状腺疾病,西医治疗通常采用非甾体类抗炎药、激素,常常因减药、停药不当而复发,且容易引起不良反应。戴芳芳主任从事内分泌工作多年,经验丰富,利用中医中药,根据其临床特点,将本病分为甲亢期、缓解期、恢复期进行辨证论治,取得良好效果。

Subacute thyroiditis is a common clinical thyroid disease, whose western routine treatment are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug and hormones. However, the improper drug reducing or withdrawal often induce recurrence or adverse reaction. Director Dai Fangfang, who has engaged in endocrinology for decades, divided subacute thyroiditis into three periods： hyperthyroidism, remission and convalescence, according to its clinical features, and treated them on the base of TCM syndrome differentiation, finally achieved good results.
