针对不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率进行对照的探索和研究

According to Different Clinical Specimens of Comparing the Positive Rate of Microbiological Exploration and Research

目的对各类临床标本微生物检验的阳性率加以对比与分析。方法选取本院于2015年2月—2016年2月所检测的临床标本为对照组,另选取2016年3月—2017年3月检测的临床标本100例作为观察组,针对两组检测阳性率的差异进行对比。结果综合对比可以发现,观察组检测阳性率为47.00%(47/100),而对照组为32.00%(32/100),两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论受多方面因素影响,将使得临床标本微生物检测阳性率出现一定偏差,需要采用有效对策,以确保检测准确率。

Objective To compare and analyze the positive rate of various clinical specimens. Methods In clinical specimens in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 was as the control group, from March 2016 to March 2017, the other detect the clinical specimens of 100 cases as the observation group, compared to the difference between the positive rate of two groups of detection. Results The results showed that the positive rate of the observation group was 47.00% （47/100）, while the control group was 32.00% （32/100）. There was significant difference between two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The influence of many factors will make the positive rate of detection of clinical specimens have a certain deviation, and effective measures should be adopted to ensure the accuracy of detection.
