肾病早期诊断中血清视黄醇结合蛋白的应用

摘要 目的评价肾病早期诊断中使用血清视黄醇结合蛋白的价值。方法选取我院2014年3月—2016年3月收治的正常体检者30例、正常孕妇32例、妊高症患者34例、肾病早期患者32例作为研究对象,使用血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)对患者检测并进行研究。结果肾病早期患者和妊高症患者的RBP水平均高于正常体检者和正常孕妇。肾病早期患者的RBP水平高于妊高症患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用血清视黄醇结合蛋白诊断肾病早期,效果显著,诊断率高,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the value of serum retinol binding protein in early diagnosis of nephropathy. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital, the number of 30 normal persons, 32 cases of normal pregnant women, 34 cases of patients with PIH, 32 cases of patients with early nephropathy, serum retinol binding protein (RBP) of patients were detected and studied. Results The level of RBP in patients with early nephropathy and PIH was higher than that in normal and normal pregnant women. The level of RBP in patients with early nephropathy is higher than that in patients with PIH, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The use of serum retinol binding protein in the early diagnosis of nephropathy, the effect is significant, high diagnostic rate, worthy of clinical application.
