目的探讨安全员在血液净化中心护理管理中的作用。方法将2012年1月—2014年12月未实行血液净化中心安全员管理的时间段作为对照组。将2015年1月—2016年12月实行血液净化中心安全员管理的时间段作为研究组。分析(1)研究组和对照组透析护理过程中护理缺陷发生情况。(2)研究组和对照组一次性透析器个体化使用正确率、促红素医嘱执行正确率。结果研究组和对照组透析护理过程中护理缺陷发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组和对照组一次性透析器个体化使用正确率、促红素医嘱执行正确率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论安全员对血液净化中心的护理风险进行动态监测及控制,可降低护理缺陷发生率,提高一次性透析器个体化使用正确率、促红素医嘱执行正确率。
