Research Status of Palliative Treatment and Care for Patients With Advanced Tumor

舒缓疗护是为患有无法治愈疾病的患者提供积极的、功能整体性的服务,对于晚期恶性肿瘤患者来说,舒缓疗护是维持生活质量的重要方式。文章就晚期肿瘤患者舒缓疗护的定义、内容、场所、意义及存在问题等方面进行了综述,以期对今后舒缓疗护的发展方向提供参考。

Palliative treatment and care is to provide a positive and function-integrated service for the patients with incurable diseases, as far as the patients with advanced malignant tumor are concerned, palliative treatment and care is an important way to sustain a living quality. This paper has conducted a review of the definition, content, site, significance and existing problems in respect to the palliative treatment and care of patients with advanced tumor, in the hope that it can provide a reference for the development of palliative treatment and care in the future.
