剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩的临床护理要点研究

目的研究剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩的临床护理要点。方法选取2014年2月—2016年5月收治的140例剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩的产妇作为观察目标,按照数字法分为研究组和对照组,每组各70例患者。研究组予以整体护理,对照组予以常规护理,比较两组阴道分娩成功率。结果研究组阴道分娩成功率为95.7%(67/70),对照组阴道分娩成功率为77.1%(54/70),研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩患者实施整体护理,有利于提高阴道分娩成功率,保障母婴生命健康。

Objective To study the clinical nursing of vaginal delivery after cesarean section. Methods From February 2014 to May 2016, 140 cases of vaginal delivery after cesarean delivery in our hospital were selected as the observation target, they were divided into study group and control group according to digital method, 70 patients in each group, the study group was given entirety nursing, to control group was given routine nursing, the vaginal delivery success rate between two groups were compared. Results The vaginal delivery success rate in study group was 95.7% （67/70）, the vaginal delivery success rate in control group was 77.1% （54/70）, which was higher in study group than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of entirety nursing for vaginal delivery after cesarean section is conducive to improve the success rate of vaginal delivery, to protect the health of mother and baby.
