序贯式排痰护理对肺移植后患者的应用效果观察

目的探讨序贯式排痰护理方案在肺移植术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院进行肺移植的患者38例,按照随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组各19例。对照组患者给予传统排痰法,实验组患者给予序贯排痰法,比较两组患者排痰后的痰液量以及护理满意度等情况。结果实施排痰干预前和干预的第2天,两组患者排痰量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后第5天,实验组患者的排痰量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将序贯式排痰法应用于肺移植术后患者的护理中,可提高患者护理满意,同时,在排痰效果改善情况上,优于传统排痰法。

Objective To explore the effect of sequential sputum nursing in patients after lung transplantation. Methods 38 patients after lung transplantation were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 19 cases in each group, The patients in the control group were treated with conventional expectoration method. The patients in the experimental group were treated with sequential expectoration method. The indexes of sputum volume and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the amount of sputum between the two groups before and two days after the intervention （P 〉 0.05）. On the fifth day after intervention, the amount of sputum in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The sequential excreta method applied in the nursing of patients after lung transplantation, could effectively improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction. At the same time, it is superior to the traditional method of excreta in the improvement of expectoration effect.
