Emergency Nursing Care of Pediatric Patients With Hemorrhage After Tonsillectomy

目的探讨小儿扁桃体摘除术后出血的急救护理措施,为临床提供借鉴。方法总结18例扁桃体摘除术后发生出血的患儿急救护理措施。结果 18例出血患者均得到及时止血,无严重并发症发生,顺利痊愈出院。结论及时发现出血并积极配合医生做好急救护理工作,可避免患儿病情恶化,促进康复,避免医疗事故的发生。

Objective To explore the emergency nursing measures of hemorrhage after tonsillectomy in pediatric patients, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods The emergency nursing care measures of 18 patients with hemorrhage after tonsillectomy were summarized. Results 18 cases of bleeding were timely hemostasis, there was no serious complications, the patients were all smooth recovery and discharged. Conclusion Timely detection of bleeding and actively cooperate with the doctor to do a good job in emergency nursing care, can avoid the deterioration of the patient＇s condition, promote rehabilitation, and avoid the occurrence of medical accidents.
