手术室优质护理服务实践及效果观察

Practice and Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in Operation Room

目的观察手术室优质护理服务实践及临床效果。方法入选2014年10月—2016年10月的手术患者92例,随机分成对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组应用手术室优质护理,比较两组护理后术前焦虑评分,术后并发症发生情况和患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组术前焦虑评分优于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.4%,低于对照组的并发症发生率23.9%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为95.6%,高于对照组患者护理满意度69.6%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室优质护理服务的实践临床效果较好,术后并发症发生率低,患者的满意度高。

Objective Practice and clinical effect of high quality nursing service in operation room. Methods All 92 patients were randomly divided into control group （n=46） and observation group （n=46） from October 2014 to October 2016. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was treated with high quality nursing care in operation room, and the preoperative anxiety score, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The preoperative anxiety score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The complication rate of the observation group was 4.4%, which was lower than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was 23.9%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The patients in the observation group were 95.6%, higher than the control group on nursing satisfaction rate of 69.6%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The practice of high quality nursing service in operation room has good clinical effect, low incidence of postoperative complications and high patient satisfaction.
