摘要
目的研究结肠癌围手术期实施加速康复外科护理的效果。方法选取我院收治的围术期结肠癌患者64例,按照随机分配的方法分为对照组和实验组,各32例。对照组给予常规围术期护理,实验组给予加速康复外科护理,比较分析两组患者术后康复效果。结果实验组患者肛门排气时间、输液时间和住院天数均小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理可以有效促进结肠癌患者术后康复,较少并发症发生率。
Objective To study the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in patients with colon cancer during perioperative period. Methods In our hospital during the perioperative period of 64 patients with colon cancer, according to random distribution method were divided into control group and experimental group, each of 32 cases, the control group was given routine perioperative nursing care, the experimental group received accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with postoperative rehabilitation. Results The anal exhaust time, infusion time and hospital stay in the experimental group were less than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing can effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with colon cancer, less complication rate.
