摘要
目的对人性化管理模式应用于医院护理管理中的效果进行分析。方法选取70例2015年4月—2017年1月的护理人员,并1∶1随机分为参照组(接受传统管理模式)和实验组(接受人性化管理模式),每组各35例,对两种不同护理管理模式的效果进行对照研究。结果就护理质量评分、护理行为评分、护理技能评分、护理操作准确率、患者对护理人员满意度而言,实验组均高于参照组;实验组护理差错率低于参照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理模式应用于医院护理管理中的效果理想。
Objective To analysis the application effect of humanized management mode in nursing management in hospital. Methods 70 nurses in hospital were chosen from April 2015 to January 2017 and divided into control group （traditional management mode） and study group （humanized management mode） according to 1 ： 1 ratio with 35 patients in each group, and then a comparative study was made to compare nursing effects between two groups. Results The assessment scores with regarding to nursing- quality, nursing behavior, nursing skill, nursing-operation accuracy and patients＇ satisfaction rate in study group were much higher than counterparts in control group, and nursing error rate in study group was much lower than that in control group, there were differentials between two groups and such differentials had statistic value （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Applying humanized management mode in nursing management in hospital achieves desirable effect.
