探讨糖尿病患者合并股骨粗隆骨折术后的护理效果

To Investigate the Nursing Effect of Patients With Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的对糖尿病合并骨折术后护理使用优质护理的效果进行研究分析。方法根据2012年6月—2013年6月我院的80例糖尿病合并股骨粗隆骨折患者来进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和实验组,实验组使用优质护理,对照组使用常规护理,对两组患者的手术恢复情况和满意度进行对比分析。结果实验组中有2.5%患者伤口愈合不完全,满意度为95.0%,对照组为5.0%,87.5%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者骨折手术后接受优质护理能够提高护理效果,让患者更快的恢复。

Objective Study on the effect of high quality nursing care in patients with diabetes complicated with fracture. Methods According to the 80 cases of diabetes in our hospital fi＇om June 2013 June 2012, femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients were analyzed, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group used high quality nursing care, the control group used routine nursing care, the two groups of patients with surgery recovery and satisfaction were analyzed. Results Patients in the experimental group were 2.5% patients with incomplete wound healing, satisfaction was 95.0%, the control group was 5.0%, 87.5%, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Patients with diabetes after fracture surgery to receive quality care can improve the nursing effect, so that patients recover faster.
