脑梗死吞咽困难患者的鼻饲反流误吸原因分析及护理对策

Analysis of the Causes and Nursing Countermeasures of the Patients With Dysphagia After Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨脑梗死吞咽困难患者的鼻饲反流误吸原因及护理对策。方法对68例鼻饲反流误吸的脑梗死吞咽困难患者实施不同护理干预模式,观察其效果。结果经护理干预,针对性护理组治疗总时间短于常规护理组,总有效率高于常规护理组,并发症实际发生率及吞咽障碍病情复发率低于常规护理组,护理服务满意度高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理模式有助于缩短脑梗死鼻饲反流患者临床治疗时间,减少并发症,降低复发率,提高护理服务满意度。

Objective To explore the causes and nursing countermeasures of the patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction. Methods To observe the effect of different nursing intervention on 68 cases of patients with dysphagia caused by cerebral infarction. Results After nursing intervention, the treatment group total nursing time is shorter than the conventional nursing group, the total efficiency is higher than that of the conventional nursing group, the complication rate and the actual condition of dysphagia recurrence rate is lower than the usual care group, nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the conventional nursing group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing model is helpful to shorten the clinical treatment time, reduce complications, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the satisfaction of nursing service.
