十二指肠溃疡综合护理的效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care on Patients With Duodenal Ulcer

目的研究分析十二指肠溃疡患者接受综合护理干预的临床效果。方法根据2012年12月—2013年12月我院收治的168例十二指肠溃疡患者作为研究对象,将患者分组为对照组和护理组,均有84例,全部患者均接受常规治疗,对照组使用常规护理,护理组使用综合护理干预,对两组患者的住院时间,满意度,复发率等进行比较分析。结果护理组平均住院时间(3.2±1.8)d,复发5例,复发率为5.95%,满意度是98.81%。对照组为(7.9±2.6)d,复发39例,复发率为46.43%,满意度是79.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十二指肠溃疡患者临床中接受综合护理能够提升患者的满意度,降低临床复发率,促进患者的痊愈,临床治疗效果突出。

Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods According to the 168 cases of duodenal ulcer patients from December 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital to carry on the research analysis, patients were divided into control group and nursing group, 84 cases, all patients received conventional treatment, the control group used routine nursing, nursing group with comprehensive nursing intervention, the satisfaction of the time, hospitalization of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The average length of stay in the nursing group （3.2±1.8） d, recurrence in 5 cases, the recurrence rate was 5.95%, the satisfaction was 98.81%. The control group was （7.9±2.6） d, recurrence in 39 eases, the recurrence rate was 46.43%, the satisfaction rate was 79.76%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion Clinical nursing care of patients with duodenal ulcer can improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce the clinical recurrence rate, promote the recovery of patients, the clinical treatment effect is outstanding.
