摘要
目的评价腹腔镜手术中使用手术室护理路径的应用效果。方法选取内蒙古包钢医院2014年6月—2016年1月收治的接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者146例。依照护理方法的差异分为对照组与实验组,对照组施与常规的护理,实验组在对照组的基础上给予手术室护理路径,比较两组患者的手术效果。结果分析对比两组患者的平均住院时间、整体费用开销、并发症发生率、患者SAS评分及患者的护理满意度,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在腹腔镜手术患者中采用手术室护理路径可缩短患者的主要时间,降低整体费用,改善患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者的护理满意度,效果较为显著。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of nursing path in laparoscopic surgery. Methods Selected hospital of Inner Mongolia baotou steel from June 2014 to January 2016, 146 cases of in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Nursing methods in accordance with the differences can be divided into control group and experimental group, control group was given conventional nursing, the experimental group in the control group given on the basis of the operating room nursing path, compare the surgical effect of two groups of patients. Results Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with the average hospitalization riffle, the overall cost, complications, nursing satisfaction rate ,Of patients with SAS score and patients, the experimental group than the control group, there was statistically significant difference, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The operation room nursing path in patients with laparoscopic operation can shorten the main time of patients, reduce the overall cost to improve the anxiety of patients, improve nursing satisfaction of patients, the effect is more significant.
