摘要
目的探讨无缝隙对接护理在提升急性消化内镜护理效率的作用。方法选择在我院行消化内镜治疗的患者64例并将患者分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例),两组分别给予常规护理和无缝隙对接护理。结果对照组和观察组手术时间分别为(75.23±6.24)min和(52.31±4.24)min,住院时间分别为(10.25±2.34)d和(7.21±1.34)d,两项指标组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组术后并发症发生率分别为20.00%和5.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行消化内镜治疗的患者给予无缝对接护理可有效提高护理效果。
Objective To explore the effect of seamless docking nursing on improving the efficiency of acute digestive endoscopy nursing. Methods 64 cases of patients who were treated with digestive endoscopy in our hospital were divided into control group （n = 32） and observation group （n = 32）. The patients in the two groups were given routine nursing care and no gap butt joint nursing. Results The operation time of the control group and the observation group were （75.23±6.24） min and （52.31±4.24） rain, the length of hospital stay was （10.25±2.34） d and （7.21±1.34） d. There was significant difference between two indexes （P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the control group and the observation group were 20.00% and 5.71% respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients who received the treatment of gastrointestinal endoscopy can provide effective nursing care.
