新型烟碱杀虫剂对石榴蚜虫的防效试验 被引量:5

摘要 采用室内毒力试验和田间试验的方法,测试了3种不同配方的烟碱生物农药杀虫剂对石榴蚜虫的毒力强度和田间防治效果,从而筛选出对石榴蚜虫防治效果最好的药剂配方。结果表明,1号(91%烟叶超微粒粉,硅油3%,茶枯2%,乳化剂2%,抗坏血酸2%)、2号(91%烟叶超微粒粉,硅油3%,茶枯2%,乳化剂2%,氯化钠2%)、3号(93%烟叶超微粒粉,硅油3%,茶枯2%,乳化剂2%)药剂对石榴蚜虫的半致死浓度LC50分别为10 270、12 810、13 040 mg/L;药后7 d防效分别为56.65%、28.21%、41.90%。1号药剂对石榴蚜虫的防治效果最好,可进一步研究推广。 This paper studied toxicity and field efficacy of 3 kinds of nicotine pesticides against pomegranate aphid,to screen the optimization pharmaceutical formulation for prevention pomegranate aphid.The results showed that the LCs0 of No. 1 pesticide (tobacco ultra-fine powder particles 93%, silicone oil 3%, tea saponin 2%, emulsifier 2%, ascorbic acid 2% ), No.2 pesticide (tobacco ultra-fine powder particles 93%, silicone oil 3%,tea saponin 2%, emulsifier 2%,NaCl 2%)and No.3 pesticide (tobacco ultra-fine powder particles 93%, silicone oil 3%, tea saponin 2%, emulsifier 2%) were 10 270 mg/L, 12 810 mg/L and 13 040 mg/L.The control efficiency of 7 days after the medicine were 56.65%, 28.21% and 41.90%.The control efficiency of the No.1 pesticide was the best among the three pesticides against pomegranate aphid which can be further research and promation.
