水分胁迫对金蒲桃幼苗生长和生物量分配的影响 被引量:4

摘要 金蒲桃在广州等地区已有引种,广州地区高温多雨,本文通过模拟水淹胁迫,研究金蒲桃幼苗在不同水淹胁迫下生长和生物量的分配规律。结果表明,金蒲桃具有很强的耐水能力,试验期180 d内,不同程度的水淹胁迫下成活率均为100%,仅部分呈现轻微受害;与对照组相比,不同程度水淹胁迫均抑制了金蒲桃的株高增长,促使其基部膨大,产生不定根;0 cm水淹胁迫处理组、+2 cm水淹胁迫处理组和+4 cm水淹胁迫处理组在试验进行的第112天开始出现不定根,至第180天试验结束,出现不定根植株的比例分别为66.67%、66.67%和75.00%;水淹胁迫促使金蒲桃根冠比下降,叶生物量比增加。由此说明,金蒲桃耐水能力良好,可以很好地适应滨水环境,在湿地及水体绿化中有良好的应用前景。 Xanthostemon chrysanthus had been introduced in Guangzhou and other areas.Because it was high temperature and rainy in Guangzhou,the purpose of this paper was to simulate water stress,to study the growth and biomass allocation of X.chrysanthus's seedlings under different water stress.Experimental results showed that Xanthostemon chrysanthus had a strong ability of water tolerence,within 180 days of the experiment period,the survival rate under different degrees of water stress were 100% ,just partial behaved minor damage;Compared with the control group,different degrees of water stress inhibited the height growth of X.chrysanthus ,enlarged its ground diameter,and the plants could produce adventitious roots;0 cm, +2 cm and +4 cm water stress treatment started to produce adventitious roots on the 112th day of the test,at the end of the experiment (the 180th day ), plant with adventitious roots ratio was 66.67%, 66.67% and 75.00%, respectively;Water stress decreased rootshoot ratio of Xanthostemon chrysanthus and increased leaf biomass ratio.Experimental results showed that Xanthostemon chrysanthus had excellent water tolerance, could adapt waterfront environment, had a good application prospect in marsh and watergreen.
