高职食检专业创业教育调查与分析

摘要 本文通过对广东轻工职业技术学院高职食检专业学生问卷调查,并选取若干调查问题进行分析,总结了该专业学生的创业教育现状,探讨了该专业开展创业教育的措施和建议。调查结果表明,大部分学生希望在校期间能获得必要的创业教育,为专业学习和职业发展提供指导和帮助;学生更希望开展偏向实践、体验型的创业教育,而非单纯学习创业理论。在专业课程教学中,有必要融入相关创业教育的内容,从而推动专业学习和今后职业的协调发展。 The questionnaire survey of food inspection specialty's students in higher vocational education in Guangdong Industry Technical College was conducted, and several survey questions were analyzed.The present status of entrepreneurship education of food inspection specialty 's students in higher vocational education was summarized, and the measures and suggestions of developing entrepreneurship education of food inspection specialty in higher vocational education were discussed.The results showed that obtaining the necessary entrepreneurship education in school was hoped by most students, to provide guidance and help for the professional learning and career development.The entrepreneurship education with more practice and experience was preferred by students,rather than learning pure entrepreneurial theory.In the teaching of professional courses,it's necessary to integrate the contents of relevant entrepreneurship education,so as to promote the coordinated development of professional learning and future occupation.
