气化炉及洗涤塔液位测量问题及解决方式

目前各类煤气化装置气化炉液位测量多采用差压式液位变送器,但由于被测介质固含量较高极易堵塞引压管道对测量产生影响,并且介质高温高压及有大量的H2存在,容易在压力、差压、液位测量中造成变送器氢渗现象。目前镀金膜片(金刚石膜片)变送器的应用可以有效降低氢渗对测量的影响。

At present,various types of coal gasification unit gasification furnace liquid level measurement using differential pressure type of liquid level transmitter,however,due to the high solid content of the medium to be measured to plug the pressure pipe to the impact of the measurement,and medium high temperature and high-pressure and there is a large number of hydrogen,easy to pressure,differential pressure,liquid level measurement caused by the hydrogen infiltration phenomenon.At present,the application of the gilded diaphragm（diamond diaphragm） transmitter can effectively reduce the effect of hydrogen infiltration on measurement.
