神华宁煤MTP项目急冷水系统阀门振动原因分析及解决方案

摘要 研究德国鲁奇在神华宁煤烯烃项目上首次工业化运行的MTP工艺中急冷水系统调节阀的运行特点,探索管线、阀门振动大、噪音高产生的原因,采用加强的管线支撑以及低噪音的阀笼选型方案,以解决急冷水系统调节阀在大流量、强汽蚀工况下的振动、噪音、汽蚀等问题,确保装置长周期稳定运行。 By studying the operation characteristics of the regulating valve of the quench water system in the MTP process of the first industrialized operation of Lurgi huaning Coal Olefin Project in Germany,the reasons for the pipeline,valve vibration,high noise,and the strengthening of pipeline support and low noise valve cage selection scheme are used,To solve the problem of vibration,noise and cavitation of the regulating valve of the quench water system under the condition of large flow and strong cavitation,to ensure the long-period stable operation of the device.
