摘要
本文重点分析乌石化公司化肥厂在用装置汽化炉高压双座调节阀振动原因及处理改进方法,通过分析该阀振动主要原因为机械振动,即阀芯轴与上下阀盖导向间隙磨损增大所致,详细介绍间隙配合的选用、间隙配对的要求、堆焊材料的选用。及时制定相应方案并改进消除了振动,解决了由于振动带来装置不正常运行瓶颈问题,保障了装置长满优运行。
This paper focuses on the analysis of the vibration causes and treatment of the high-pressure double seat regulating valve of the chemical fertilizer plant in the gasification furnace by analyzing the main causes of the vibration of the valve, the me- chanical vibration is caused by the increasing wear of the spool shaft and the upper and lower bonnet guide clearance, the selection of clearance coordination, the requirement of clearance pairing and the selection of surfacing materials are introduced in detail. Timely formulation of the corresponding solutions and improve the elimination of vibration, to solve the vibration caused by the abnormal operation of the device bottleneck, the protection of the installation of the long full operation.
