呼出气体分析中内源性呼气生物标志物的定量测定方法 被引量:4

摘要 人呼出气体中含有数百种的痕量挥发性有机化合物(VOCs),其中的某些内源性VOCs可作为临床生物标志物.在当前复杂空气污染环境下,无论对于呼出气体分析/诊断还是环境暴露评估,呼出气体中内源性VOCs浓度的准确测定都非常重要.本文综述了国内外在该方向上的研究进展,讨论了在呼出气体样本采集、检测及分析等方面的研究现状和存在的问题,并结合当前技术水平提出了发展趋势的个人看法. There are hundreds of trace volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the exhaled breath of human beings, some of which originate from internal metabolic production. The endogenous VOCs can be used as a clinical biomarker. In the current environment of complex air pollution, the accurate determination of the endogenous breath biomarker in the exhaled breath is crucial for both the exhaled breath analysis / diagnosis and the environmental exposure assessment. In this paper, the research status and progress in the exhaled breath gas sample collection, detection and analysis method arc reviewed, and the existing problems in the quantitative determination of the endogenous breath VOCs are evaluated. With the pres- ent technical level, some personal views on the research trend are put forward as well.
