摘要
目的:观察平阳霉素联合微波热凝治疗小儿体表血管瘤的临床效果。方法:选择2015年3月至2016年8月广西玉林市妇幼保健院收治的180例血管瘤患儿,随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组60例。A组患儿给予平阳霉素瘤体内注射联合微波热凝术治疗,B组单纯采用平阳霉素瘤体内注射治疗,C组单纯采用微波热凝治疗。观察3组患儿的治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:A组治愈38例,好转16例,治疗总有效率为90.00%;B组治愈20例,好转16例,总有效率为60.0%,C组治愈18例,好转15例,总有效率为55.0%。A组治疗总有效率显著高于B组和C组(χ2=19.872,P<0.001)。少数患儿出现局部疼痛、肿胀不适等轻微症状,3组均未见严重不良反应。结论:平阳霉素联合微波热凝治疗小儿体表血管瘤的疗效较好,不良反应少,安全性较高。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of hemangioma with pingyangmycin combined with microwave coagulation therapy. Methods: 180 patients with hemangioma treated in the maternal and child health hospital of Yulin City from March 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into group A ,B and C, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in group A received pingyangmycin in tratumoral injection combined with microwave coagulation therapy; patients in group B received pingyangmycin in tratumoral injection, while in group C received simple microwave coagulation therapy only. Total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared among three groups. Results: In group A, 38 cases were cured, 16 cases improved and the total effective rate was 90.00% ; in group B, 20 cases were cured, 16 cases improved, and the total effective rate was 60.0%; in group C, 18 cases were cured, 15 cases improved and the total effective rate was 55.0%. Total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than those of group B and group C (X2= 19. 872, P d0. 001). A small number of children appeared mild symptoms such as local pain, swelling and discomfort. No serious adverse reaction was found in all three groups. Conclusion: The combination of pingyangmycin and microwave coagulation therapy was effective in the treatment of hemangioma with less adverse reaction.
