摘要
本研究利用丝素蛋白与不同浓度的琼脂糖混合的方法,制备成丝素蛋白/琼脂糖混合水凝胶,这种多孔结构的水凝胶,硬度最高可达1 050g,吸水溶胀率可高达700%,表明琼脂糖/丝素蛋白混合水凝胶具有良好的结构和力学性能,可以用于载药、皮肤敷料、骨组织再生等领域的进一步研究。
In this research, the silk fibroin/agarose gel was produced based on the method that mixed the Silk fibroin with the agarose with varied concentration. This kind of hydrogel with the vesicular structure has the hardness up to 1 050g, the swelling rate as high as 700 % , which suggest that the hydrogel of silk fibroin/agarose has an excellent structure and me-chanical property. These results showed that the produced hydrogel owns the potential for further research on drug loading, skin dressing and bone regeneration, etc.
