摘要
目的分析低离子聚凝胺技术应用于输血检验中的临床应用效果。方法选择收治的受血和供血患者200例进行分析,选取时段为2015年6月至2016年6月期间,采用抽签分组方式进行分组,其中100例予以常规盐水法进行输血检验的患者为对照组,而100例予以低离子聚凝胺技术进行输血检验的患者为实验组,对两组患者检验效果进行比较和分析。结果相较于对照组,实验组患者的阳性检出率、稳定性、准确度、灵敏度均明显较高,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低离子聚凝胺技术应用于输血检验中具有较高的应用效果,值得应用和推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the application of the low ion coagulation technology in blood transfusion. Methods Treated by blood transfusion and blood supply were analyzed in 200 cases, select the period from June 2015 to June 2016 period, with the draw for the group of 100 cases treated with conventional method of saline transfusion testing patients as the control group, and 100 cases treated with low ionic Polybrene test blood transfusion technology for the patients the test results, 2 groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the positive detection rate, stability, accuracy and sensitivity were significantly higher in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The application of low ionic coagulation technology in blood transfusion test has a high application effect, and is worthy of application and popularization.
