玻璃钢水罐冬季防冻及保温节能计算

摘要 油田注水系统中通常用钢制水罐来存储水。近年来玻璃钢水罐应用逐渐增多,在处于寒冷或严寒地区的北方油田中使用时,为防止冬季极端恶劣低温条件下水罐冰冻发生,常规做法给水罐设计加热盘管,使冬季的水罐水温处于正常使用温度,同时水罐外壁设计一定厚度的保温层,减少热量散失,达到节能的目的。 Showed water tank to store water, oil field water injection systems commonly used steel water tank, FRP water tank in recent years gradually increased, in cold area and cold region of north oil field use, prevent the water tank under the condition of extreme low temperature freezing in winter, standard practice for water heating coil design, make the winter the water tank water temperature in the normal use of the temperature, the outer wall of water tank at the same time design a certain thickness of the insulation layer, reducing heat losses, achieve the goal of energy saving.
