Problems and Countermeasures Exploration of Overseas Road & Bridge Engineering Project Construction Management

随着经济社会的快速发展和政府的大力扶持,我国众多企业纷纷走出国门,参与国际竞争。由于国外政治环境、经济形式、文化差异等诸多方面因素的影响,给我国企业的海外施工带来一定的压力。所以,我国现在越来越重视海外施工现场的管理。论文结合工作实践,对海外工程项目施工管理中存在的问题进行分析,并有针对性地提出相应的对策,希望能对类似工程起到借鉴作用。

With the rapid development of economic society and the government’s strong support, our country many enterprises to go abroad, to participate in international competition. Because foreign political environment, economic form, cultural differences and other factors, the influence of overseas construction of our country enterprise to bring a certain pressure. So, now pay more and more attention to overseas construction site management of our country. In this paper, in combination with working practice, on overseas project construction management in the analysis of existing problems, and targeted puts forward corresponding countermeasures, hope to be able to be used for reference in similar engineering.
