伴随着全球化进程的加速,世界范围内由离散者所引发的民族冲突时有发生,离散者与民族冲突间的关系日渐成为政界和学界关注的焦点。离散者与民族冲突间关系的影响因素主要包括国家对待离散者的政策与态度、离散者所遭受的社会经济排斥、离散者自身的心理认同、离散祖籍国与宿主国之间的关系、互联网的快速发展和远距离民族主义六个方面。通过对离散者如何诱发民族冲突的作用机理展开分析,可以看出,采取多元包容的国家离散政策、拓展离散者的跨国主义认同、积极转变国家对离散者的认知和态度、正确引导离散精英和加强对网络信息的监管力度等措施,能有效规避或消解由离散者引发的民族冲突。

By analyzing how diaspora to trigger ethnic conflicts, we can effectively avoid and resolve them by diverse ethnic policy to diaspora, expanded diaspora＇ s identity, active transformed identity and attitude to diaspora, and guided and regu-lated network.
