摘要
院士是我国科学技术领域的精英和杰出代表,探索院士科技创新素质,对我国杰出创新型科技人才培养具有现实意义.采用内容分析法,对《院士思维》进行文本资料的分析,归纳总结出院士科技创新素质结构的6个维度,即广博精深的知识与技能、科学创新的能力、科学创新的思维风格、科学创新的个性和动机、科学精神和情感、对学术制度的适应性和创造性.院士科技创新素质结构的揭示能为我国创新科技人才的培育提供借鉴和启示:一是提供较为明晰的创新素质培养的具体目标;二是既要重视培养广博精深的专业知识与技能,更要重视培养解决实际问题的能力;三是重点培育科学创新能力和创新思维两大核心素质族群;四是锻造和培养“科学进取性”的个性品质;五是突出对科学核心价值观的引导和培育.
Academicians(of CAS and CAE) are elites and outstanding representatives in the field of science and technology in China. To explore the inner quality structure has a realistic significance for the cultivation of science and technology talents. From the perspectives of content analysis, the paper investigates and analyzes academician thinking. Statistical analysis shows that the quality structure includes six dimensions: knowledge and skills, innovative ability, thinking style, character and motives, scientific spirit and emotions, creativity and adaptability to the academic system and environment. The study of academicians of science and technology innovation quality structure offers enlightenment and reference for the cultivation of innovative talents of science and technology in China. Firstly, it can provide a clearer concrete target for cultivating innovation quality. Secondly, we should not only pay attention to the training of erudite professional knowledge and skills, but also to ability to solve practical problems. Thirdly, we should cultivate two core qualities which are scientific innovation ability and innovative thinking. Fourthly, we should cultivating aggressive personality traits. Fifthly, we should emphasize guiding and cultivating core values of science.
