预应力状态下复合材料板冲击响应数值方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 考虑初始拉伸应力或初始压缩应力的影响,对复合材料层合板的高速冲击响应进行研究。基于显式有限元方法,引入三维Hashin失效准则模拟层内纤维和基体的损伤和演化过程,结合Cohesive单元模拟层间分离破坏过程,建立数值模型,分析不同冲击能量下的预应力复合材料层合板的冲击响应。数值计算结果表明:预应力状态对冲击变形、冲击载荷峰值、冲击极限速度、分层损伤模式和损伤耗能分布均有影响;总体来说,压缩预应力降低了复合材料层合板的抗冲击性能,而拉伸预应力效果不能下定论。作为复合材料冲击过程的重要影响因素,预应力状态必须加以考虑。 A research of the influence of tensile and compressive preloading on the high-velocity impact behav-ior of the composite panel was conducted. 3D Hashin failure criteria was introduced to simulate the damage and e-volution process of intralaminar fiber and matrix. Cohesive elements were adopted to analyses interlaminar break-age. The explicit FE model was established to study the impact response of pre-stressed composite laminates with variable impact energies involved. The numerical results showed that : preloading was found to show a distinct effect on the bending displacement, the peak impact loading, the ultimate velocity, the delaminar damage mode and the dissipation distribution. Overall, compressive pre-stress decreases the anti-impact behavior, and the effect of tensile pre-stressed is uncertain. That was concluded the preloading, which is a significant factor for the impact response of the composite panel, cannot be ignored.
