摘要 针对现有冲击波超压存储测试系统带宽不足的现状,分析了压阻式与压电式传感器的优缺点。采用两级放大电路设计了基于数值压电电路(ICP)传感器的参数可变的冲击波存储测试系统。主要设计了ICP传感器的电源电路参数可变电路及滤波电路,可根据不同的测试要求设置参数,提高了系统的灵活性。采用FPGA进行数字逻辑控制设计,提高了测试系统的稳定性和可靠性并减小了系统体积。最后在自然环境和现场环境下分别进行了试验,结果验证了其可靠性、生存性。 Aiming at the deficiencies of the bandwidth for prior overpressure stored testing system, the advantages and disadvantages of piezoresistive and piezoelectric transducer were analyzed.Dual-stage amplifier circuit is adopted to design storage test system of variable parameters for blast wave based on ICP piezoelectric sensors.Power supply circuit, variable parameters circuit and smoothing circuit were mainly designs, according to different test requirement to set up parameters, improving flexibility greatly.FPGA was used for digital logic control design to improve the stability and reliability of the testing system and reduces the volume of the system.The system was tested respectively in the natural environment and at the scene, demonstrating the system being equipped with high-reliability, better survivability and great flexibility.
