斜削型筋条复合材料加筋壁板轴压屈曲分析

摘要 复合材料加筋壁板大量应用在飞机结构中而斜削型筋条加筋壁板由于其特殊的偏心结构使得其与常规的贯通型筋条加筋壁板有着不一样的屈曲载荷。以斜削型筋条复材加筋壁板为例,通过试验、工程算法、有限元法三种方法对其屈曲模式进行分析对比分析三种方法所得结果,得出斜削型筋条对加筋壁板屈曲载荷的削弱作用在30%左右,工程算法保守量为11%左右。 Composite stiffened panel is widely used in aircraft structure.Whereas, the panel with beveled stiffened because of the especial eccentric structure has a different buckling load from the conventional composite panel.Composite panel with beveled stiffened was taken for an example, the buckling modes via three methods-testing, engineering methods and finite element method were analyzed, and the effect of beveled stiffened on buckling load was evaluated.By comparing the three methods, the conservative quantity of the engineering methods is given, which provided the testing and analysis method for the buckling analysis of the composite stiffened panel.
