A Study of the Idea and the Value of CPC's Construction of Social Organizations since the Founding of PRC

建国以来,在领导中国特色社会主义建设的实践中,中国共产党逐步积累了比较丰富的社会组织建设思想,包括吸收社会组织参与社会管理、加强党在社会组织中的作用、创新社会组织管理体制、重视社会组织发展的独立自主性作用等等。党的社会组织建设思想是党的社会建设思想的重要组成部分,总结这些思想有利于继承和发展马克思主义社会组织建设思想,为新时期社会组织建设指明方向;有利于深化对中国共产党执政规律的科学认识,为巩固党的执政地位和增强执政能力奠定基础;有利于丰富和发展中国特色社会主义理论,为发挥社会组织的积极作用创造条件。

Since the founding of PRC,the Communist Party of China has gradually accumulated a wealth of ideas to develop social organizations in the practice of leading Chinese characteristics socialist construction by means of allowing social organizations to participate in social management,strengthening the core function of the party in the social organizations,innovating the management system of the social organizations,maintaining the relative independence of social organizations,etc.These ideas are the important part of the party's thought of social construction.Summarizing these thoughts is conducive to the following aspects:inheriting and developing the thought of Marxist social organization construction to indicate the direction of social organization construction in the new period,deepening the scientific understanding of CPC's governing rules to lay a foundation to strengthen the Party's leading position and the ruling ability,and also enriching and promoting the theory of socialism with China's characteristics to provide conditions for the positive role of social organizations.
