介入治疗对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者的影响分析与研究

Analysis and Research on Effect of International Treatment for Patients with Coronary Disease and Left Heart Insufficiency

目的探索冠心病合并左心功能不全患者采用介入治疗的效果。方法于2014年7月—2016年7月间来该院就诊的冠心病合并左心功能不全患者中随机抽取出136例为研究对象,将其根据治疗方法的不同分入到观察组(70例)和对照组(66例)中,观察组患者给予介入治疗,对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,对比分析两组患者的心功能等级、左心功能指标。结果观察组患者治疗3个月后1~2级心功能占85.71%,对照组为63.64%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗3个月后的LVDd[(43.02±5.36)mm vs(49.52±5.76)mm]、LVDs[(28.67±0.45)mm vs(31.02±0.67)mm]值明显低于对照组,LVEF[(52.76±8.21)%vs(47.96±8.28)%]和FS[(29.55±3.15)%vs(24.50±3.06)%]高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病合并左心功能不全患者临床治疗中采用介入疗法有助于提高治疗效果,改善左心功能指标,改善预后,在符合介入治疗适应症的情况下可首选介入治疗。

Objective To explore th e effect of in te rn a t io n a l tre a tm en t for p a t ien ts with coronary d ise a s e an d left h e a r t in -sufficiency. Methods 136 cases of p a t ien ts with coronary d ise a s e an d left h e a r t in su ff ic ien cy tre a ted in our h o sp i ta l from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, the observation group （70 cases） adopted the intervention treatment, while the control group adopted the routine drug treatment, and the hear t function level and left hear t index of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The hear t function at 1 level to 2 level af ter 3-month treatment accounted for 85.71% in the observation group and 63.64% in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the LVDd and LVDs in the observation group af ter 3-month treatment were obviously lower than those in the control group, [（43.02±5.36）mm vs （49.52±5.76）mm,（2 8 .6 7± 0 .4 5 ）m m vs （3 1 .0 2± 0 .6 7 ）m m ] ,and th e LVEF and FS values were higher than those in the control group[（52.76±8.21）% vs （47.96±8.28）%, （2 9 .5 5 ± 3 .1 5 ）% vs （2 4 .5 0土 3.06）%]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The in te rv en tio n th erap y for p a tien ts with coronary d ise a s e an d left h e a r t insu ff ic ien cy in c l in -ic contributes to improving the treatment effect, improve the left hear t index and prognosis, which can be the firs t choice on the condi tion of meeting the intervent ional treatment indications.
