不典型儿童先天性胆总管囊肿临床诊断分析

Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis of Congenital Cyst of Common Bile Duct of Untypical Children

目的探讨不同诊断方法对不典型儿童先天性胆总管囊肿的临床诊断价值。方法将该院自2014年8月—2016年8月间收治的经手术病理证实的不典型儿童先天性胆总管囊肿患者47例作为研究对象,患儿在入院后分别接受超声、计算机断层扫描、上消化道钡餐造影、磁共振胆胰管成像、腹腔镜胆造影等影像学检查,分析各诊断技术的确诊率。结果超声检查和CT检查手术病理符合率分别为46.67%和76.92%,显著低于上消化道钡餐造影、磁共振胆胰管成像和腹腔镜胆造影的确诊率(100.00%)。结论对于不典型儿童先天性胆总管囊肿患儿来说使用上消化道钡餐造影、磁共振胆胰管成像和腹腔镜胆道造影具有较高的诊断价值,可在临床范围内推广使用。

Results The ope rat iv e pathology coincidence ra te of u l tra so n ic examination an d CT ex amina tion was re sp e c tiv e ly 46.67% and 76.92%, which was obviously lower than th e d iagnosis ra te of u p p e r g a s tro in te s tin a l b arium mea l radiog raph y, mag n etic re so n an c e ch o lan g io panc re ato g ra-phy and angiography in lapa ro scop ic b i le （100.00%）.
