分解尾气路面材料制备及紫外光辐照度对其催化性能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对尾气分解型路面存在的问题,研发了适用于光催化分解汽车尾气性能的测试系统,提出了光催化分解汽车尾气性能的评价指标及其计算公式。利用SBS改性剂、基质沥青、乳化剂、稳定剂、纳米二氧化钛、六偏磷酸钠、盐酸等制备出了具有光催化分解汽车尾气性能的乳化沥青;并分析了紫外线辐照度对光催化分解汽车尾气性能的影响。研究结果表明:有效分解效率等能够有效的评价路面光催化性能,尾气分解型路面对CO、NO、HC的分解性能受紫外光辐照度影响显著,随着紫外线辐照度的增大而增大。 Because the problem in automobile exhaust decomposition type pavement research, a Test systems ofphotocatalytic performance was establish, and cumulative decomposition rate, average rate of decomposition, cumu-lative amount of decomposition and decomposition efficiency was built to evaluate the photocatalytic performance. SBS pitch modifier, asphalt, emulgator, stabilizer, nano-Ti02,sodium hexametaphosphate and hydrochloric acid could be used to the preparation of photocatalytic slurry. The relationship between irradiance and photocatalytic per-formance was also research. The results show that cumulative decomposition rate, average rate of decomposition, cumulative amount of decomposition and decomposition efficiency can estimate photocatalytic performance exactly, The relationship between irradiance and photocatalytic performance is in non-linear relationship.
