摘要
本文中对整车动力传动系匹配后的性能进行研究,重点分析其热效率和传动效率的特征。结果表明,车辆的热效率和传动效率都随着负荷的增加而提高,并分别稳定在30%和80%上下;但车速高于90km/h时,传动效率分别在输出功率达38~42k W后反而下降。在所有工况中,最高热效率达32%(车速120km/h时);最高传动效率为88%(车速32km/h时);仿真结果表明,车辆的动力传动系统匹配后循环工况综合油耗可降低3%以上。
The performance of vehicle with its power-train matched is studied, in particular, focusing on analyzing the characteristics of effective thermal efficiency and transmission efficiency of powertrain in this paper. The results show that both thermal efficiency and transmission efficiency rise with the increase of load and tend to stabilize on 30% and 80% respectively, but for vehicle speeds higher than 90km/h, transmission efficiency inverse-ly shows a drop trend when output power greater than 38~42kW. Among all working conditions the highest thermal efficiency reaches 32% ( at 1200km/h) while the peak transmission efficiency is 88% ( at 32km/h) . Simulation re-sults indicate that the fuel consumption of vehicle with its power-train matched can reduce by over 3%.
