应急产业链是构成应急产业的主体部分和核心命脉。以国家提出的应急产业建设为依托,以优化创新为原则,以应急产业的结构提升与合理布局为目标,通过对湖北省应急企业技术实力分析、省内各区域资源环境的优势对比、省外优秀应急产业的发展借鉴,结合湖北省发展状况,提出应急产业的优化路径,合理规划应急产业的空间布局,并给出相应的政策建议。

The emergency industry chain is the main part of the emergency industry and the core lifeline. To the country put forward the construction of emergency industry as the basis, to optimize the principle of inno-vation to the emergency industry to enhance the structure and rational distribution as the goal. Through the anal-ysis of the technical strength of the emergency enterprises in Hubei Province, the advantages and disadvantages of the regional resources and environment in the province, the development of the outstanding emergency indus-tries in the province. Combined with the development of Hubei Province, put forward the optimization of emer-gency industry path, reasonable planning emergency industry spatial layout, and according to the results of the corresponding policy recommendations.
