摘要
高校教师是高等教育体系中的核心要素,其发展水平关乎高等教育的办学质量。基于2006-2013的相关数据所反映的我国高等教育以及高校教师的发展现状,从管理制度、评价体系及激励机制等方面分析了高校教师发展模式的现存问题,并借鉴发达国家的教师发展模式,进行创新模式探索,为促进我国高校教师创新发展提出了意见与建议。
The college teachers are the core elements of the higher education system, and its development level is related to the quality of higher education. Based on 2006-2013 data that reflects development situation of China’s higher education and college teachers, it analyses the existing problems in the development of teach-ers in Colleges and universities from the aspects of management system, evaluation system and incentive mecha-nism, and learns from teacher professional development model of developed countries, and make exploration of new mode, then put forward opinions and suggestions to promote the innovative development of teachers in Col-leges and universities in China.
