摘要 若将儒家伦理与商人精神相勾连,需根本突破以利润为主导的传统商人价值观,而完成这一突破的关键在于历史地考察"商"这一概念的内涵演变。儒商的价值不表现于利润而体现于创造。因之,儒商的核心价值观便不是表面化的儒家礼仪、仪式性的慈善或阳儒阴法的管理方法,而是创新与创造。"创新与创造"作为当代商人应具有的核心价值观与儒家思想观念高度一致。儒家强调的社会责任与西方基于利润的商人价值观大相径庭。但从创新与创造的过程而言,儒家还应从"器"的层面加以落实,这是新工业文明时代儒学复兴的关键。 If the Confucian ethics are part of businessmen spirit, it is necessary to break through the tradi-tional profit-oriented values of businessmen , and the key to the completion of this breakthrough lies in the his-torical study of the evolution on concept of " business". The value of Confucian Merchants is not in the profit but in the creation. Thus, the core values of Confucianism are not the rhythmic Confucian rituals or the ritual chari-ties ,but innovation and creation. As the core values of the contemporary businessman," Innovation and creation" and Confucian ideas are highly consistent. The values of Confucian social responsibility and the Western profit- based values are very different. However, from the process of innovation and creation, Confucianism should also be implemented from the " device" level, which is the key to the revival of Confucianism in the era of new in-dustrial civilization.
