摘要
风力发电机组一般安装在海边、山头、沙漠等风力比较集中区域,因此风力发电机组往往所处地区自然条件复杂,受到外部风雨的影响会产生激励振动,同时,风力发电机组由于本身电机转动也会产生振动,还有固有振动,这些振动,影响风力发电机的安全运行。因此,对风力发电机组运行时的振动状态进行监控,十分重要。文章重点对对风力发电机电机振动进行研究,然后对风力发电机振动主要相关部分进行分析,如叶片、偏航系统振动进行分析。根据分析结果,布置用于监测风力发电机振动的压电传感器,针对压电传感器检测结果,设计出减振系统。

Therefore, the wind turbine vibration condition monitoring at runtime, is very important. This paper focus on wind turbine motor vibration is studied, and then analysis is made on the relevant parts of wind turbine vi bration, such as blade, yaw system vibration are analyzed. According to the analysis result, decorate to monitor wind turbine vibration of piezoelectric sensors, piezoelectric sensors for a result, the design of vibration system.
