摘要 常规井架搬家时需被分成许多块,造成移运车次繁多,安装拆卸费时费力。鉴于此,研制了一种具有多种移运方式的井架模块。该井架模块可以和天车、底座、游吊、顶驱组合体及牵引装置一起移运,整体拖挂移运可实现当天转场并开钻,也可以上、下段套合在一起移运,还可以上、下段分开单独移运。有限元计算结果表明:整体移运工况下,井架单元应力均小于材料的许用值,最大UC值也小于AISC(335-89)规定的允许值,井架设计符合API Spec 4F规范要求。现场试验结果表明:多种移运方式的井架模块整体和分块搬家性能良好,安装简单,拆装方便,简化了操作程序,提高了搬家效率。 During mobilization, a conventional derrick needs to be divided into many pieces, resulting in a large number of transport vehicles and time-and labor-consuming installation and disassembly. In view of this, a mast module with multiple moving modes was developed. The derrick module can be transported with the combina-tion of the crown block, the substructure, the travelling and hoisting system and the top drive and the traction de-vice. The integral derrick transportation with trailer could realize transportation and drilling at the same day. The derrick, with the upper and lower sections, could also be retracted in one piece or separated in two pieces to be transported. The finite element results show that, under the integral moving mode, the stress of the derrick ele- mentsare less than the allowable values of the material, and the maximum UC value is less than the allowable value specified in AISC (335-89). The derrick design complies with the API Spec 4F specification. Field test results show that: the derrick module with multiple moving modes has a good transportation performance either in a inte-gral moving mode or in a block moving mode. Short-distance integral transportation with trailer could achieve transi-tion and drilling in the same day.
