水下高压井口头静水压测试装置的研制与应用

摘要 高压井口头作为水下井口头系统中最关键的承压部件,出厂前必须通进行静水压测试,但国内前期对此研究较少,亟待深入。鉴于此,在参考相关标准及工程调研的基础上,结合待测高压井口头结构,兼顾测试操作安全性及经济性,设计了一套高压井口头地面测试装置,顺利完成了测试并通过了DNV船级社现场认证,由此得出高压测试装置设计的几点建议:须考虑密封冗余,提高密封可靠性;须设计密封泄漏检测点,方便判断密封失效部位;尽量减小密封腔体积,以提高测试效率及测试安全;兼顾装配因素,须容易对中和调平,避免组装引起的密封损伤。该套测试装置的研制成功可为其他类似测试工装的设计提供借鉴与参考。 As the most important pressure-bearing component in the subsea wellhead system, the high- pres-sure wellhead must pass the hydrostatic pressure test before delivery. H o w e v e r, little domestic study has been con-duct on the test, resulting a urgent need of further insight study. In view of this, on the basis of the relevant stand- ards and engineering research, combined with the structure of the high pressure wellhead to be tested, and consid-ering the test operation safety and e c o n o m y, a set of ground test device for high-pressure wellhead has been de-signed. With the completion of successful test, the test device has passed the on-site certification of D N V classifica - tion society. Some recommendations on high-pressure pressure test device design could be proposed : the redundan-cy of the seal should be considered to improve the sealing reliability ; seal leak detection points should be designed to facilitate determination of the sealing failure location ; minimizing the seal space to improve the efficiency of the test and test safety ; taking into account the assembly factors, making the device easy to neutralizing and leveling to avoid the sealing damage caused by assembly. The successful development of the device could provide references for the design of other similar test tools.
