摘要
深井通常伴随着高温高压,防喷器必须具有可靠的密封性,以确保钻井安全。为了满足深井防喷器高温高压的密封要求,进行了水下防喷器高温高压密封试验方法研究。主要研究内容包括:总体方案、热平衡计算、加热盘管设计及强度校核、高温高压试验。同时进行了2FZ48-105水下防喷器149 mm半封闸板高温高压密封试验。试验结果表明:2FZ48-105水下防喷器结构稳定,密封效果良好,符合API 16A温度最高F级别的规定要求。所得结论为水下防喷器在高温高压环境下安全工作提供了技术支撑。
The deep well is usually accompanied by high temperature and high pressure, which present the necessity of BOP with reliable seal to ensure drilling safety. In order to meet the high temperature and high pressure seal requirement of the deep well BOP , the test method of high temperature and high pressure subsea B O P hasbeen studied. The main study contents include: the overall s c h e m e, heat balance calculation, heating coil de-sign ,stress checking and high temperature and high pressure test . Meanwhile, high temperature and high pressur- eseal test has been conducted on 0149 mm pipe ram of the 2F Z48-105 subsea B O P . The test results show that the 2FZ48-105 subsea BOP has a stable structure and the good seal performance, meeting the requirement of A P I 16A with the highest temperature of grade F . The conclusion could provide technical support for the safe operation of subsea BOP in high temperature and high pressure environment.
