Rural Tourism Environmental Policy Practice and Path Selection

环境在乡村旅游中的重要性逐渐被认识,一方面,乡村环境既是乡村旅游重要的吸引要素,也是乡村旅游发展的重要环境资本;另一方面,乡村旅游政策问题和乡村本身的落后性制约着乡村旅游发展,影响了乡村旅游环境建设。通过对国内外乡村旅游环境政策实践分析,在建立乡村旅游环境综合改进理论模型基础上,提出我国乡村旅游环境建设优化路径:第一,国家政策向乡村旅游环境建设倾斜;第二,制定乡村旅游环境建设专项政策;第三,制定符合当地发展特色的旅游规划;第四,增强社区参与权利;第五,加强综合监管力度。

The importance of the environment in rural tourism is gradually recognized. On the one hand, the rural environment is not only an important attraction of rural tourism, but also an important environmental capital for rural tourism development. On the oth-er hand, the rural policy and drawbacks of the countryside itself affects the rural tourism construction. Therefore, how to maintain the balanced development of rural environment and rural tourism is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the current rural develop-ment. Based on the analysis of rural tourism environmental policy practice at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that China ＊ s rural tourism environment should choose five paths to support the healthy development of rural tourism： policy leaning, strengthening guidance and scientific planning, rational distribution and breakthrough bottleneck, special policy and community participation, local control and comprehensive management.
